Connect Direct arranges: Appointment with the client Takes digital photos of the property Prepares a description of the property Consults the client about the price Puts the clients contact details on the website All enquiries go directly to the owner and the owner is responsible for dealing with the client. Connect Direct will: take your property on full agency terms – which is normally 5% of the final selling price – and deal with everything for you.	FREE advertisement

Overview of Services Advertising Strategy
Service providers can use this as a direct window to advertise their services in their local area. All kinds of services can be advertised – if your activity does not appear in a category currently on the website, we can add one for you. We will make an appointment with you, discuss and prepare your advertisement and then post it on the website. All contact, work commissioned, bookings, payments etc will be direct between the service provider and the client.	€100 per annum per advertiser.
